Reviewed 5 November 2026 against published desktop photo features, desktop video features and browser photo features. This is a documentation comparison, not a test of every competing app. Batch processing, combined text/logo marks and local photo processing are also offered elsewhere. Watermarked's comparison describes the Windows app; public checkout is still in preparation.
Set up your destinations once.
Let your next batch use the same handles, formats and promotional settings.

Watermarked doesn't upload your photos or videos, keep cloud copies, or send your work to an AI service. Watermarking, resizing and promotional effects all happen on your own machine.Read the privacy questionsYour media isn't analysed or generated by AI. We never receive it to use for model training.
No upload queue. No cloud library. The app creates your exports in a folder you choose.
Finished files are saved as new copies. Your source photos and videos stay untouched.
This promise covers media processing. Signup, billing and licence checks use online services. We store Mac waitlist, support and licensing records, not your media. Any cloud-sync service you use for your own folders is separate from Watermarked.

Choose Watermarked if you regularly prepare the same photos and videos for several destinations. Each profile can have its own handle or logo, export settings and promotional previews. Select those destinations and prepare their versions in one batch run. Save the setup for your next batch. Basic batch watermarking, logos and local processing are available in other tools too; our focus is bringing the complete creator workflow together.
No. The desktop app uses local image and video processing, with no AI models or AI service calls. It doesn't send your media for analysis, generation or model training. Your watermark, export settings and preview effects are chosen by you.
Watermarked does not upload your photos or videos or store copies on our servers. Originals, previews and exports stay on your computer. If you choose a folder synced by OneDrive, iCloud or another service, that service may sync it independently; choose a local, unsynced folder if you want to avoid that.
Existing waitlist records contain email, Mac type and signup date. New signups are paused. Privacy requests store your email and message; licensing and cancellation use separate identifiers and feedback. Website hosting may keep operational logs. See the Privacy notice for retention and your rights. This is separate from your photos and videos, which the desktop app never uploads.
Sign up on the website with your payment details. The trial starts when signup is completed and lasts three days, including full photo and video exports. Unless you cancel before it ends, your subscription charges $8 USD monthly or $60 USD annually, depending on your chosen billing interval, and renews automatically. Any applicable tax is shown at checkout. Checkout is not open yet while we prepare the complete Windows launch.
No. There is one plan with every listed feature included, on both monthly and annual billing. No credits, no local export caps and no paid feature tiers. One licence covers one Windows computer.
Yes. Use the Manage subscription link in your receipt or in the app to cancel before the displayed trial-end date to avoid the first subscription charge. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription. Your originals and completed exports remain yours.
Not yet. Mac waitlist signups are paused while we finalise publisher and privacy details. The waitlist is free, requires no card and does not start a trial or subscription. There is no promised release date.
No. The desktop app processes your media on your computer and never sends it to us. Your original files stay untouched. This website's interactive sample uses stock photographs and processes them inside your browser.
Yes. Media processing stays local. Subscription activation and periodic renewal checks require an internet connection and send your licence key and device code, never your media. Verified access works offline for up to 24 hours, capped at the end of your trial or paid period.
The Windows release is being prepared for 64-bit Windows 10 and 11. It supports common photo and video formats, with JPG, PNG and WEBP photo exports, plus MP4 and WEBM video exports. We are considering Apple Silicon and Intel Macs; neither Mac version is available yet. A mobile version is not planned for this release.
A visible watermark helps people identify your work. It cannot prevent downloading, screenshots, cropping or watermark removal. Promotional blur is an effect, so always review an export before sharing it.
