The three-day trial
Payment details will be required at signup through Lemon Squeezy. The trial begins when signup is completed—not when you first download or open the app. It includes the Windows photo and video tools, export profiles and promotional previews.
Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the saved payment method will be charged $8 USD for monthly billing or $60 USD for annual billing automatically. Annual billing is a single $60 charge each year ($5/month equivalent), not a monthly $5 payment. Your chosen interval renews automatically until cancelled. Both options include every feature and unlimited local exports, without credits or paid feature tiers. Applicable tax and the first payment date will be shown at checkout. Watermarked does not receive or store your card number.
Cancel before the first charge
Use Manage subscription or the app's Manage or cancel subscription button. Our cancellation form asks you to select a reason, including Prefer not to say, and allows optional comments. It confirms cancellation with Lemon Squeezy; feedback-storage problems do not block cancellation. You can also use the subscription-management link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt. Cancel before the trial-end date shown there to avoid the first subscription charge.
Uninstalling the app or deleting an export does not cancel billing. After paid access begins, cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the end date shown by the payment provider.

At launch, your receipt will include the approved Windows download and licence key. Activate the app using that key. Each licence is linked to one Windows account and computer; use Help & contact for a device-transfer request.
Activation and periodic checks require internet access. Verified access can work offline for up to 24 hours, capped by your trial or paid period. These checks send licensing information, never photos or videos.
When access ends
An expired trial or inactive subscription prevents new exports. Your original files, saved settings and completed exports remain on your computer. A batch already running can finish.
If a payment fails, check your subscription status and payment method with Lemon Squeezy. An unsuccessful charge is not treated as a successful renewal.
Refunds and billing problems
No payments are being collected yet. Any additional voluntary refund offer must be finalised before checkout opens. Mandatory rights for faulty software, non-delivery, unauthorised charges and any applicable statutory withdrawal period remain. Starting a trial does not by itself waive those rights. Read the draft Terms. Cancelling renewal and requesting a refund are separate actions.
For a billing question, use Help & contact. If you already have a Lemon Squeezy receipt, its support and order-management links identify the transaction. Never send card details or a complete licence key in a support message.
